An unforgettable visit to Prague Castle! Allow at least half a day to explore everything. Access is valid for 2 days, but the tour can be split. Come as early as possible to avoid the crowds, especially at weekends. The Golden Alley is incredible, with its superb collection of armor and weapons.

Clear and easy ticket ordering and organisation. Steve gave a great 15 min intro to the site and brief history of each building. The audio guide was spot on. Great historical buildings.
Very good service. One of the "must see" places.
The highlight of my visit was the cathedral and the entire complex.
We had a lovely guy from Vancouver, he was absolutely fantastic
Amazing buildings, great history
The cathedral was the most beautiful. We thought it was good that you can use the tickets for 2 days

The guide át the start, and the exhivitions were good, well organikus.
It was impressive and big and happy
It was all truly amazing, all very clean and efficient staff
Overall experience was good, but the audio guide is useless. You listen on phone and moment you turn on camera it stops. COmplete waste of money. On positive side the guide gave a god intro and were helpful.
Guides at the beginning gave good instruction for tour and changing of the guard in home language. Helpful for the self guided audio tour. The large groups were bothersome as they would come in and swallow you up with no regard to ques, loudness and personal space. The boat ride location was a bit off the beaten path! The ride audio was drowned out by the other passengers smoking and drinking? So that was disappointing and really not worth the effort.
Was frustrated that we when we got to go in cathedral we didn't have right ticket , went to info centre who were very rude and told us to look for umbrella. Got tickets and then went through after standing in long long line
All was well for the purchase of tickets. The audio guide included in the price was a bit limited. We saw that there were several numbered spots inside the various sites, but those numbers were not selectable. Did one have to buy an additional audio guide? It was not clear... We think it might be useful to have a person to act as a guide inside the various sites as well; it would be worth spending a little more.

We had bought tickets with an introduction. When we picked up the tickets, we were informed about the time of an introduction in several languages. The introduction was in (accent-free) German and, despite its short duration, included lots of historical information and practical tips.

The river crusie felt like a waste of time unfortunately and it lasted only 45mins not 1hour. It would have been better if the ticket price included an online audio guide. Most atrarctions provide that.
this is a must-do activity, as the castle is a must-see, but it's not extraordinary. We appreciated the organization of the service provider, with easy identification and, above all, the introduction to the activity in French.

The beauty and grandeur of the site are impressive. There are plenty of places to eat and plenty of toilets.

The highlight of my visit was the guided tour by Mathew. Really informative and brought aspects to life and historical relevance.
Overall I liked the experience, however I have a few remarks: 1. It should be stated somewhere in the email that it's required to bring your own headphones in order to use the audioguide. If I didn't have accidentally ones, it wouldn't have been possible to use the audio guide! 2. The gathering was at 10:30, while the castle opens at 9:00, which is hour and a half of wasted time. It would be good idea to have the meeting earlier or at least be informed in the email that you could come earlier and visit some stuff around before the meeting 3. It wasn't very easy for me to find the meeting poing (Quarter III means nothing to me), and would be useful to have a map in the email, and also stating that there are quite a few steps to climb before getting to the meeting point. Regards, Alex
The tour guide explained everything well and recommended we watch the change of guard before exploring other spots in the castle. Enjoyed the trip!
The visited objects itself were the best experience. Headout advertise "skip the line" - that was the reason why we chose them - but reality is that nobody can skip the line. So it is just misleading information for attracting customers. The guy giving tickets was not very kind and all process was chaotic. What's the reason for waiting for paper tickets, unfriendly service and not receiving any aditional value? Look around, we live in 2025!
Everything was very easy and taken care of from buying the tickets to the guide explaining everything and giving you the tickets with map and the place It is beautiful and perfectly organized

The guide Lucia made a nice introduction, the explanations of the different points of the 'audio guide inside the Royal Palace were not the best, for the rest of the tour ok. Lovely places with lots of history and art.

Ticketing experience was straightforward, and we were able to easily find the guide who provided us tickets to the Prague Castle. The audio guide provided by Headout (additional charge) was quite cursory and seemed to gloss through the sites. Suggest purchasing the audio guide from the Prague Castle official kiosks instead. The river cruise the next day seemed a waste of time. Really slow moving, and it didn't travel very far to the Charles Bridge before turning around to the starting point. You'd be better off just crossing the Charles Bridge in foot (and for free). Nonetheless, it was a relaxing experience with some commentaries provided.

The place to find the guide is very well signposted. However, the preliminary explanations are in English, and we can't hear very well. We are then directed to a French-speaking guide who gives us all the explanations we need for the tour and the visit to the château. The audio guide is provided by a QR code on your mailbox, it's very well explained but not very suitable for the hearing impaired, fortunately it's transcribed literally. We enjoyed the tour, which easily lasts 3 hours.

We booked throuh an agent, which made it much easier as the ticket lines and layout is very crowded and confusing. Catherdal is very beautiful but construction and crowds made it less enjoyable. Favoure part was the Golden Lane. Avoid the armoury as you cannot move in there.

The introduction to the castle square was very informative. I particularly liked that we were then given directions on where to go and left to explore at our own pace. Great experience!
The experience was very pleasant and worthwhile, however it would be great if the unguided (self-guided) tour tickets were sent directly to the mail or if they were available in electronic format (instead of having to go at a specific time to pick up the paper tickets). However, it was a wise move to buy the tickets in advance to at least save the queue to purchase them. While there are queues for entry to every part of the complex.

The zoo was fantastic, it is spread in a huge area, each animals have a big and nice space to live. My 4 years old sun loved to run around and watch the animals especially the seals. Buying the ticket online maybe saved 10 min standing in queue, but it took more than 20 min to confirm the ticket, good that we were stuck in the traffic, so we got a valid ticket when we arrived. It was a weekday, but still the bus could hardly move, so we took off 3 stops before the zoo and walked. The QR code for the adult tickets were easy to show, but the child ticket was in a pdf attachment, good that someone was helping at the gate
