HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Aneta, my guide, made the tour perfect in every aspect. She is a Czech who speaks Spanish better than many Spaniards (as I told her🥰), and I loved getting to know the history from the eyes of a local! She is a professional from head to toe, I am very happy with this tour and with all the info she gives you. We did the tour in Spanish with Aneta, the truth is excellent. In addition to her solvency, she is a very good communicator, clear, consisa, very respectful and gentle. She knows how to anticipate the crowd and manages to keep the attention at all times. She is very understanding of the group's questions and concerns and the timing and needs of the group. She gave us several tips on how to get around Prague, a gesture that is outside of her job as a guide at the Palace. We did not have any difficulties with the tickets and the visit was perfect. We recommend without hesitation to take the tour.

The guide was interesting and gave a lot of historical context to the places on the tour. The use of the headphones was absoluely necessary for the very busy building interiors. While we could have just got the tickets ourselves, the guide definitely added to the experience. It was so busy I doubt we would have had much time to linger in the buildings anyway - it's a bit of a conveyer belt.

Our tour was the English guided tour of Prague Castle with boat ride to Charles Bridge. I highly recommend it. Our guide Jaroslav, you could tell he loves what he does, as his explanation was very good and although the guide was in English, he also gave us guidance in Spanish, our native language. The walk across the Charles Bridge is also worth it, to see the bridge from another angle, I recommend it at sunset. My cousin Yareli and I Ana Carolina, both from Sonora, Mexico thank you for the best experience to get to know a little bit of the beautiful city of Prague.

The tour was advertised as lasting 4 hours. It lasted 2.5 hours and only included the bus ride to the castle and the individual guided tour of the castle. Due to the flooding, the boat tour that was actually included in the price had to be canceled. This is force majeure. But the compensation offered in a very small butterfly exhibition in Playland was unreasonably small. It would have been fair to refund part of the payment made. Not a good way to do business. The guided tour of the castle by Sofia in German was interesting. Unfortunately, however, some of the buildings in the castle for which admission was paid were also closed. The guide, Anna, was very knowledgeable, however, the format of the tour was misleading. Bus ride to Castle and tour, as outlined, but we were left at the Castle at the end of the tour to make our own way to the river cruise (30 min walk). River tour could be taken at multiple tines through the day or over the next couple of days. It was not connected to the Castle tour at all.

There was no audio guide. With a group walking and guide talking the ones toward the back missed out on a lot of the dialogue. Not everyone travels at the same speed. I feel as if the tour was not as good because we missed so much of the guides information.

An unforgettable visit to Prague Castle! Allow at least half a day to explore everything. Access is valid for 2 days, but the tour can be split. Come as early as possible to avoid the crowds, especially at weekends. The Golden Alley is incredible, with its superb collection of armor and weapons.

Really nice tour of the Karlstejn Castle. Bus ride was very comfortable. Our guide was very very informative and we learnt quite a few interesting stories from the past. Highly recommend this tour to everyone in Prague!
